How do I get a moving estimate?

Give us a call or request a free estimate online. A dedicated moving coordinator learns about your move, goes through your inventory and gives you an estimate right away. For complex moves, such as long-distance or interstate moves, we may recommend a quick on-site evaluation so your estimate is accurate.

How much does a move cost?

It depends on the size and distance of your move. Local moves under 100 miles are billed by the hour, and that rate includes everything you need for a safe move. Long-distance and interstate moves get a binding estimate. If you have a set budget, ask for a Do Not Exceed estimate on your local move.

Do you charge extra for more than one stop?

No. There are no additional fees for multiple stops on a local move, for example a second pickup address or a storage unit along the way. On long-distance and interstate moves, any additional stops are included in your flat-rate quote, so the price you are quoted already covers them.

How far ahead should I book my move?

Contact us as early as you can, at least 4 weeks before your moving date. That gives you the best chance of getting your preferred date and leaves time to plan the details with your moving coordinator. For long-distance or interstate moves, we may also schedule a short on-site evaluation.
