What to Expect:

Step 1: Quick Application

Submit a short online form with basic details about your work history, availability, and no lengthy cover letters required.

Step 2: Phone Screening

A 10-15 minute call to discuss your experience, schedule, commute feasibility, and customer-service mindset. Expect a few scenario-based questions.

Step 3: In-Person Interview

Meet with a hiring manager or operations lead to discuss your past moving/warehouse/labor experience, teamwork, problem-solving, and attitude. Bring your ID and any relevant certifications.

Step 4: Skills & Fitness Check

A basic lift-and-carry assessment (e.g., handling 23–32kg), safe lifting techniques, navigating stairs, and teamwork coordination. This may include a packing demo for fragile items.

Step 5: Background & MVR Review

A standard background check, and if you’re applying for a driver role, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and valid license are required.

Step 6: Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates will receive a written offer with details about pay, overtime eligibility, bonuses, and benefits. Onboarding includes policy reviews, uniform distribution, and shift scheduling.
