President
Born and raised in Ellis County, Frank graduated from Ennis High School and went on to graduate from Texas A&M University, Gig Em’. Frank began his career in aviation in Dallas, Texas. From 2000 to 2003 Frank assisted his college roommate with his local moving company in the Dallas and Plano area. In 2004, Frank returned to Ennis, Texas to raise his children and return to his community. Frank purchased one 20 ft truck with a ramp and hired two men to help him serve the community with packing and moving. Frank purchased yellow page ads in Ennis, Corsicana, & Waxahachie and operated one moving truck for 10 years while building the foundation for A1A Moving & Relocation Services, Inc.
Frank started small with local moves in and around Ennis, Texas then grew to Waxahachie and Corsicana. Frank built a reputation in the community to treat each client as a neighbor. Frank remains involved on day-to-day operation with A1A Moving and preforms almost every on site consultation with clients.
Frank married Samantha Weaver in 2016 and in 2020 the moving industry and Ellis County were growing. Frank mentored Samantha in sales, operations, and dispatch. Samantha soon became Vice President of Sales & Operations.
Beyond the business, Frank is a dedicated Aggie and loves spending time outdoors cooking.

Samantha’s earliest experience with moving came 11 years ago when she listened to Frank discussing moving on the phone with clients and crew. Samantha’s from a healthcare background and is a registered Occupational Therapist at the local Baylor Waxahachie hospital.
In 2020, A1A Moving began to grow, and it was difficult for Frank to run sales, dispatch, and the company without assistance so he hired Samantha part time, mentored her and she became Vice President of Sales & Operations in 2022. Samantha works alongside packers and movers gaining experience in the moving industry.
Samantha has a passion for senior moving because it can allow her to use her O.T. skills in that she understands the transition and guides the client and families along the way. Samantha has taken on a leadership role and today is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, driving growth, and protecting the values Frank built the business on.
Outside of work, Samantha is a proud mother to her and Frank’s son. Samantha is an active Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce Member, a Parent Teacher Organization Member, and a Little League Baseball Coach. Samantha is deeply committed to preserving the values to grow and strengthen the company for generations to come.
